How can I print the list of linked journal entries, appointments, messages, and so on from the Activities tab of an Outlook contact?

If you use the File, Print command, Outlook prints the contact details, not the Activities list. To print the Activities list, select the items you want to print, right-click the selection, and choose Print. Under Print style, choose Table Style to print just the list or Memo Style to print the full details from every item. Note that if you print the list, Outlook prints only the information that the Activities view shows. You can add more columns by clicking any column heading, choosing Field Chooser, then dragging the desired fields to the column heading area.
