ProactiveNet is participating in Cisco Systems' Total Service Management Solution. ProactiveNet's ProactiveNet Watch and ProactiveNet eBiz will expand and enhance accepted data sources, including the CiscoWorks2000 Service Level Management Suite.
In addition, Cisco and ProactiveNet will ensure optimal application response time and reduce network, application and service traffic bottlenecks.
