—a b Reports both installed and missing hotfixes.
—a i Reports installed hotfixes.
—a m Reports missing hotfixes.
—a n Reports needed hotfixes (default mode).
—d <domain_name> Specifies the domain_name to scan. Scans all machines in the domain.
—h \\<netbios_name> Specifies the NetBIOS machine name of the machine to scan (the default is the localhost).
—i <ip_address> Specifies the TCP/IP address of the machine to scan.
—n Scans all systems on the local network (i.e., all hosts in Network Neighborhood).
—o tab Generates a tab-separated report file suitable for import into a spreadsheet.
—o wrap Generates a text report file that wraps.
—r <ip_address1—ip_address2 Specifies the IP address range of machines to be scanned.
—t Specifies the number of threads to be used for executing the scan. Possible values are from 1 to 128 (default is 64).
—v Creates a verbose report.
—x Specifies the XML datasource (i.e., XML filename, compressed XML .cab file, or URL) that contains the hotfix information (default is mssecure.cab from the Microsoft Web site).
—z Skips the registry-subkey verification step.
