It's show time! Two major conferences will take place this fall. The new Professional Association for SQL Server (PASS) hosts its first conference, COMPASS '99 (http://www.sqlpass.org) in Chicago, September 29 through October 2, with more than 70 sessions promised. Another new conference is SQL DevCon99 (http://www.sqldevcon.com). It will take place in Phoenix the following week, October 3 through October 6.
