Comshare Achieves DWA 2000 Partner-Level Status

SQL Server Pro
InstantDoc ID #8813

Comshare has achieved partner-level status in Microsoft’s Data Warehousing Alliance 2000 (DWA 2000) program in the analytic applications category. The designation means that Comshare’s e-business applications for management planning and control comply with the technical requirements of Microsoft’s open architecture for building business intelligence (BI) and analytical applications with Windows 2000, SQL Server, and Office 2000. Through Microsoft technology, Comshare provides customers with a Web-architected solution that unifies planning, budgeting, financial data consolidation, reporting, and analysis into a single system. "Comshare’s status as a DWA 2000 Partner will provide customers with a level of confidence that solutions from Comshare are exploiting Microsoft technology," says Andrew Hoover, Microsoft industry marketing manager for data warehousing and BI. "With Microsoft as our development and operating platform, this synthesis of separate processes into one management planning and control system can be a great benefit for our customers," says Dennis Ganster, Comshare president and CEO.
