You can now download the SQL Server 2008 SP1 February Community Technology Preview (CTP) from the Microsoft website. According to the CTP download page, you must be running Windows 7, Windows Server 2008, Windows Vista, or Windows Server 2003, as well as have a minimum of 512MB of RAM and 675MB of hard disk space available.
