SQL Server Pro
InstantDoc ID #43894

Can I install a SQL Server hotfix via a remote desktop session from a Windows XP workstation, or do I need to be on the SQL Server system to install the hotfix?

Absolutely, you can install the hotfix from a remote desktop session. As long as the SQL Server hotfix runs on the server, it will work fine.
