You can Fix this problem by following the steps below

1. Open the email on its own window
2. Click File then Page Setup
3. Click Memo style
4. Set all 4 margin limits to at least .5"
5. Click OK and then print your email.

Most likely its .25" or less then .5" on your marigns.

Hope this helps!

Hey, to print email in OE 6, you HAVE TO either open the message and click file, print or enable to print preview pane under tools, options...

That is how OE 5.0 was, then in 5.5, they fixed that issue so you could print the message without opening it, but in 6.0, we are back to having to either open it or enable the preview pane.

This "fix" applies only to the ones that are experiencing the grayed out Print command or the ones that are not getting error messages when they print.

Probably, MS will have a patch soon, but for reference sake, here is the knowledge base article for when this problem existed under OE 5.0:
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=225540

Also, for the ones with the web printing or HTML messages, try this for a long list of fixes:
http://inetexplorer.mvps.org/
note that you will need to search or browse the site.

Good luck all on fixing your problems!

Take care

i have just upgraded my OE & IE to Ver 6 and now have no ability to print my emails or any websites - nothing happens. In OE the Print button is disabled. Also I noticed the right-click menu whilst in IE does not work either. Also to top it off I went to Uninstall Programs and got an error message re mshta.exe - It thought I might unistall and reinstall IE at least to see if it might help - Does anyone know why this may have occurred? Just strange cos I had updated 3 other computers with the exact same software and they are fine.
