How do I use a SQL INSERT query to insert an image into a column that has an image data type?

    hey don't u people have new stuff . all these things are already in sql help . i want to know how will u save a picture file like abc.bmp,xyz.gif into image column of sql server. u people r just takeing saved picture from the sql server and again saving the same thing. its meaning less. i am sorry if i hurt
