More over, how to acomplish a 99,999% uptime in SQL Server? At some point, you will have to aply a patch, or something else that will require a reboot. I doubt a reboot will take less then 0,001% or your month up-time.

You are so lucky guy.
I applied it so very frequently accessed tables. Then, the cpu was too high could not the services long time after recompiie the sp, using these tables.
The sp uses 45 tables & 450GB size of total tables to inner & outer joins. and, called 350/sec... I used alread the keep fixedplan hint. But, it's not worth in this situations.

How to avoid this worst activation?
