You might remember Yaniv Etrogi's SQL Scripter toolkit that I wrote about back in November 2008. If you like that, then you'll probably enjoy adding Yaniv's newest scripts to your toolbox. This utility detects blocking locks on SQL Server 2005 and 2008, plus allows smtp notification and logging of the blocking event.
