SQL Server Magazine conducted its annual Web-based salary survey from mid-July to mid-August. We emailed invitations to our subscribers and promoted the survey in our UPDATE email newsletters as well as on our Web site (
http://www.sqlmag.com). All participants who completed the survey were eligible to enter in a drawing to win one of five $100 American Express gift certificates. We received 682 responses to the survey.
