Excellent, excellent, excellent article. I have been working, reading and searching for 3 or 4 days trying to connect our IIS server to a SQL db. With this article, article 16186 and the zip file I had a connection in a few minutes. I’m new to SQL and this was a life saver. My new homepage. Thanks.]]>

XPath—Retrieving Nodes from an XML Documenthttp://www.sqlmag.com/article/xml/xpath-151-retrieving-nodes-from-an-xml-document#commentsAnchorFri, 08 Jun 2001 07:54:32 GMT
Hi, In fact, this mail is not exactly considered comment about xpath. I have been looking for a solution about storing all our magazine articles into a database which will be used to generate html pages. You must have experienced the same problem while you were store this article into a database. How did you achieve this? Title, author name, volume number ... fields can be used to store part of the article however I have no way to store complate document. How can I create a database contains articles, preserves formatting to generate html pages? I create a web page about article, copy the source code and paste it to field to achieve this. It seems you figured it out? How? Thanks, Erhan Eroðlu]]>
