Most of our survey respondents told us they aren't actively looking for new jobs, and in fact, as Figure A shows, 43 percent said they plan to stay with their current employer indefinitely. However, in an era in which job security is never certain, many respondents also said that if they were presented with an interesting opportunity, they'd pursue it. Figure B lists the factors that survey respondents confessed would make them sit up and think seriously about taking a new job.
