A. Session Broker isn't available when you're using Cluster service in Windows Server 2008, so under that OS you can't allow the session broker to move between nodes in a cluster with zero state or data loss. In Windows Server 2008 R2, however, you will be able to use Session Broker as a failover cluster service, as shown here. In Server 2008 R2, the session broker will probably be renamed and will be able to balance between desktop environments as well as terminal servers, allowing the session broker to be part of a bigger Virtual Desktop Infrastructure solution.
